Ingredients:

   1                    chicken -- skinned and cut
                        -- into 8 pieces
                        marinate in salt and lemon juice
   1      cup           yogurt
   1      teaspoon      ginger paste
   1      teaspoon      garlic paste
   1      tablespoon    oil
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      cumin powder
   1      teaspoon      coriander powder
   1      teaspoon      garam masala
                        red chilli powder to taste
                        red food coloring -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Marinate chicken pieces in the above ingredients. Barbecue. This chicken can be cooked under the grill or in the oven. Baste with a little oil to give it a shine. But the best flavour comes from barbecuing.
