Preparation / Directions:Process the tomatoes and cilantro in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the dried chili and fry for about 1 minute. Add the garlic, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds and fry for a minute longer. Add the tomato and cilantro mixture, then the ginger, green chili, salt, red pepper, and turmeric. Cook for 5 minutes, add the corn, and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot.
