Mojan's Indian Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1 cup condensed milk

1 pint whipping cream

1 cup whole milk

1 cup almonds or cashews

1/2 cup pistachios

1 dash saffron
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Blend all the ingredients and transfer to an aluminum pan. 2. Keep the pan in the freezer for 3 hours. 3. Blend ingredients well and transfer to a mold. 4. Keep in freezer until serving. 5. Dip mold in hot water to loosen; transfer ice cream to platter and garnish with sliced almonds.
