Ingredients:


100 gram Almonds

100 gram Pistachios Green

2 teaspoons Cardamom Powder

1/2 teaspoon Saffron Strands
 

Preparation / Directions:


Crisper the saffron on a warm griddle. Crush with hand. In a small dry grinder mix all ingredients and run till a coarse mixture is got. Store in an air tight jar. Makes: 1 cup.
