Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Heat ghee, add dals and cashew and cashewbits. Fry till light brown. Add
cumin and mustard seeds, curry leaves red chillies and buttermilk in that
order. Add salt and rice and cook covered on low heat till done. Garnish
with coriander
Serve piping hot.
