Hari Chatni - Green Chutney

Ingredients:


3 ounces fresh cilantro -- washed and chopped

1 bunch few sprigs mint leaves -- optional

4 small green chile peppers

1 tablespoon minced ginger

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons water

1 medium one lemon -- juice of

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients except the lemon juice in electric blender and blend to puree. Add lemon juice and blend again. Store in refrigerator until serving.
