Ingredients:


1 cup winter squash -- cooked leftovers

4 tablespoons tahini

4 tablespoons brown rice syrup

4 tablespoons sesame seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the squash, tahini, and brown rice syrup in a blender, and puree until smooth. Stir in the sesame seeds. spread on pancake roll-ups, chapati, tortillas, or unleavened bread.
