Preparation / Directions:Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot.
