Pecan Cranberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1 cup toasted pecan pieces

1 cup sweetened condensed milk -- (14 ounces)

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 can crushed pineapple -- (20-ounce)

1 can whole berry cranberry sauce -- (16-ounce)

1 package whipped cream -- (16-ounce)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a bowl combine milk and lemon juice, pineapple, cranberries and pecans. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into a 13x9 inch pan. Freeze until firm. Cut into squares.
