Zesty Ham and Potato Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon oil

6 medium new potatoes -- in eights

1 pound pkg. frozen American mixture frozen vegetables broccoli/carrot/caul

1 packages garlic and herb salad dressing mix

1 cup cooked ham -- cubed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oil in large skillet over Medium-High heat until hot. Add potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables and salad dressing mix and mix well. Stir in ham. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and vegetables are
