Cranberry Broiled Ham

Ingredients:


1 Can jellied cranberry sauce -- (8-ounce)

2 1/2 Tablespoons commercial steak sauce

1 1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 1/2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

1 Teaspoon prepared mustard

2 pounds fully cooked ham slice (about 2 pounds) -- (1-inch thick)
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine first five ingredients; stir well. Trim excess fat from ham slice.

2. Place ham in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch pan; broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 15 minutes.

3. Turn ham, and spoon cranberry sauce mixture on top. Broil 15 minutes. Serve.
