4 medium avocado
1/4 cup sweet onion
1 tablespoon jalapeno chile
1 teaspoon fruit fresh
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomato
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation / Directions:

Remove and reserve pits from avocados remove and discard peels cut flesh into medium dice combine with onions, chiles, fruit fresh, and olive oil-mix lightly stir in diced tomatoes season to taste with salt and lemon or lime juice press reserved pits into guacamole cover with plastic wrap, placed directly onto the surface serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
