Southwest guacamole

Ingredients:


5 medium Avocados Ripe, Peel and Pitted

4 Cloves Garlic -- Finely Chopped

1 cup Tomato -- Chopped, 1 Medium

1/4 cup Lime Juice

1/2 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
