Honey Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients:


1/2 cup dry sherry

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/3 cup honey

1 clove garlic -- finely minced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Whisk it all together and add salt and pepper to taste. Marinate overnight if possible. Baste with the marinade while grilling. You can boil the left-over marinade down a little for sauce at the table. Pretty good stuff!
