Grilled Chicken With Florida Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:

1 package Chicken for grilling
2 Sticks butter
1/2 Cup Cider vinegar
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 cup Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce (optional)
9 ounces Prepared horseradish (9 oz
 

Preparation / Directions:

In a stainless steel pot, melt butter slowly. Add vinegar, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes to blend flavors. Use as a basting sauce on chicken. Sauce may be frozen. From: Kaz Langridge Date: 03-04-96
