Green Chile Aioli

Ingredients:


1 cup good quality mayonnaise

1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

1 medium poblano chile -- grilled, peeled -- and seeded

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:
