El Pollo Loco Chicken

Ingredients:


4 medium chicken breasts -- boneless

---MARINADE---

1 medium lemon -- juice of

1 large orange -- juice of

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup Heinz chili sauce

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place chicken in a glass baking dish and marinate in refrigerator for 4-24 hours. Grill over indirect medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side. Serve with tortillas and salsa.
