Curry Butter

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon unsalted butter -- plus

8 ounces unsalted butter -- at room temperature

1/2 medium red onion -- finely diced

2 tablespoons garlic

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large sauté‚ pan heat one tablespoon of butter and sweat the onions and the garlic until translucent let cool. In a food processor combine the 8 ounces butter with the onions and garlic mixture.
