Avocado Relish From The Mesa Grill

Ingredients:

1 medium ripe avocado -- peeled, - pitted and diced
1 tablespoon red onion -- diced
1 tablespoon jalapeno -- seeded and minced
1 tablespoon lime juice -- fresh
1 tablespoon cilantro -- chopped
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:
