Ingredients:


2 medium ripe tomatoes coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons red onion finely-diced

1 tablespoon jalapeno minced

1/4 cup lime juice

1 tablespoon ancho chile powder

1/4 cup cilantro coarsely chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:
