Ingredients:

   2      tablespoons   finely-diced red onion
   1      tablespoon    minced jalapeno
     1/4  cup           lime juice
   1      tablespoon    ancho chile powder
     1/4  cup           coarsely-chopped cilantro
                        salt -- to taste
                        freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation:
