Seeksh Kabob - Minced Lamb

Ingredients:


1/2 pound minced meat

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon chopped green chili

1 tablespoon cilantro

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Squeeze mutton mince in a dry cloth to remove excess water. 2. Mix all the above ingredients except oil. Kneed well 3. Divide into 8 equal portions and make balls. 4. Spread the minced balls on to the skewers, using a wet hand. Press evenly to get kabobs of six inches length. 5. Roast in a pre-heated oven (175 c) for 15 minutes. 6. Baste with oil and again roast for 2 minutes. 7. Note: for seekh kabobs, use mince meat which has been passed through a mixer twice.
