New Mexico Style Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:


24 ounces salmon fillets - -- (4 fillets)

1 recipe New Mexico style grill sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Two hours before cooking, brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the sauce and refrigerate. Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and allow it to burn down to the embers. Grill the salmon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned. Brush again with grill sauce, and serve immediately.
