Marinated Flank Steak - 1

Ingredients:


1/4 cup corn oil

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 clove garlic

1 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger root

1 pound flank steak
 

Preparation / Directions:


In shallow glass baking dish, combine all ingredients except meat -- add steak. Cover -- refrigerate, turning occasionally, several hours or overnight. Remove steak from marinade. Grill or broil 6 inches from heat, turning once, 8 minutes for medium rare or until desired doneness. Thinly slice diagonally across grain.
