Preparation / Directions:In large shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Remove vegetables, reserving marinade. On skewers, alternately thread vegetables. Grill kabobs, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade until done. Makes about 6 servings.
