Summer Mixed Grill Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients:

   6      medium        mushroom caps
   1      medium        onion -- cut into chunks
   1      medium        green and/or yellow pepper -- cut into chunks
   1      cup           cherry tomatoes -- (1/2 pt.)
     1/2  cup           wish-bone italian or lite italian
                        -- dressing
   1      teaspoon      finely chopped dill
 

Preparation:

In large shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Remove vegetables, reserving marinade. On skewers, alternately thread vegetables. Grill kabobs, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade until done. Makes about 6 servings.
