Quick Nutty Fudge

Ingredients:


1 pound confectioners sugar

1/2 cup cocoa

1/4 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons butter or margarine

4 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoons vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts -- (walnuts or pecans)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except nuts in top of double boiler. Place over simmering water and stir until smooth. Add nuts. Spread candy quickly into buttered 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Cool, cut into squares. Instead of buttered pan, line pan with wax paper for easier cutting.
