Mexican Fudge

8 ounces chedder cheese -- shredded
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack -- shredded
3 large eggs
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa

Preparation / Directions:

Spread half of the cheese in bottom of a greased 9x9 pan. Beat eggs and salsa together. Pour on top of cheese in pan. Add remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
