Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Fudge

2 cups Sugar
2/3 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
1 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips

Preparation / Directions:

Combine sugar, milk and corn syrup in large saucepan, bring to boil, stiring. Continue boiling while stirring to soft ball stage. Remove from heat, while stirring add butter. Cool to lukewarm - DO NOT STIR. Add vanilla and peanut butter; beat until thickened and no longer glossy. Add chocolate and turn into greased 8x8 pan. Cool, cut into squares.
