Orange Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:


1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogure

1 1/2 cups frozen banana slices

1 teaspoon sprinkle of nutmeg -- for top
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all in blender until smooth and enjoy. Makes 2 glasses.
