Preparation / Directions:Cream the butter and 1/2 C. sugar. Add the dry ingredients mixed together to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Fold in egg whites. Place the rhubarb, mixed with remaining sugar in the bottom of a 9 by 9 greased pan. Pour batter over fruit and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 mins. till lightly browned.
