Watermelon with Blackberries

3 slices Watermelon -- Three-quarter-inch t
1 1/2 cups Blackberries
-----PEAR PUREE-----
2 medium Pears
1/4 cup Light rum

Preparation / Directions:

Watermelon with Blackberries and Pear Puree. Cut each watermelon slice into 10 wedges. Cut rind from wedges and remove seeds. Arrange wedges on 6 dessert plates. Top with blackberries. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled. Top each serving with Pear Puree. PEAR PUREEP are pears. Cut into fourths; remove cores and stems. Place pears and rum in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on medium, or process, about 1 minute or until smooth.
