1 package strawberry jell-o
1 cup boiling water
1 cup strawberry juice
1 cup strawberries -- crushed and drained
1/3 cup sugar

Preparation / Directions:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add strawberry juice. Chill. When slightly thickened, beat with rotary egg beater until of consistency of whipped cream. Fold in strawberries and sugar. Turn into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold.
