Preparation / Directions:Heat broiler. Scatter almonds on cookie sheet and toast lightly. In food processor lightly puree the strawberries and peaches together. Add liqueur and pulse until mixed. Add cream. Process a few seconds. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and sweeten to taste with sugar. Chill until ready to serve. Serve in dishes with butter cookies on the side.
Approximately 4-6 minutes.
