Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons confectioners sugar

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon cardamom

1 dash ground cloves

2 pints fresh strawberries -- washed

1 pints whipped cream -- (optional)

1. Whip cream with sugar until stiff; fold in spices. 2. Serve as a dip for whole berries, or sliced berries, and top with whipped cream.
