Ingredients:

   1      cup           heavy cream
   2      tablespoons   confectioners' sugar
     1/8  teaspoon      ground nutmeg
     1/8  teaspoon      cardamom
   1      dash          ground cloves
   1      2 pints       whol  fresh strawberries -- washed
                        whipped cream -- (optional)

Preparation:

1. Whip cream with sugar until stiff; fold in spices. 2. Serve as a dip for whole berries, or sliced berries, and top with whipped cream.
