Preparation / Directions:Mix lemon juice with apples, then add sugar, cream of rice, spices and salt; mix lightly but well. Place in a lightly oiled deep 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with vegetable oil. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour. Remove cover for last 5 minutes of baking. Serve warm or cold. Makes 4 servings.
