Pineapple-Jalapeno Marmalade 2

3/4 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
3/4 cup orange marmalade.
1 tablespoon minced pickled jalapenos
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno juice
1 tablespoon minced pimento
2 tablespoons fresh lime juie
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation / Directions:

Place pineapple, marmalade, jalapenos, jalapeno juice, pimento, lime juice, salt and cilantro in a small bowl: Mix well. [can be made one day in advance]. Remove from fridge 1 hour before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
