3/4 cup each: finely chopped fresh
pineapple and

1 tablespoon minced pickled jalapenos -- up
to 2
1 tablespoon each: pickled jalapeno juice
and minced
-- pimento
2 tablespoons fresh lime juie
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation:
Place pineapple, marmalade, jalapenos, jalapeno juice,
pimento, lime juice, salt and cilantro in a small
bowl: Mix well. [can be made one day in advance].
Remove from fridge 1 hour before serving. Makes 1 1/2
cups.
