Pears With Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon candied ginger -- chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup heavy cream -- whipped
16 ounces canned bartlett pear halves -- drained
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Combine sour cream, ginger, honey and lemon juice; chill. 2. Fold in whipped cream. 3. Arrange pears on individual dessert dishes; spoon sauce over pears.
