Pear Creme Dessert Soup

Ingredients:


16 ounces canned bartlett pears

4 1/2 ounces instant vanilla pudding

1 2/3 cups cold milk

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 Cup sliced almonds or toasted coconut -- (for garnish)
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Place undrained pears with remaining ingredients in blender container; blend until liquefied. 2. Serve immediately in chilled goblets garnished with sliced almonds or toasted coconut.
