Lemon Whipped Cream For Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients:


1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons confectioners sugar

1 teaspoon lemon peel -- grated

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 pints fresh strawberries with caps
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Whip cream with sugar until stiff; fold in lemon peel and juice. 2. Chill until needed. Serve as a dip for whole berries, or slice berries and top with whipped cream.
