1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon lemon peel -- grated
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 2 pints whol fresh strawberries with

Preparation:
1. Whip cream with sugar until stiff; fold in lemon peel and juice.
2. Chill until needed. Serve as a dip for whole berries, or slice berries and top with whipped cream.
