Ingredients:

8 ounces canned pineapple chunks -- drained
1 medium orange -- cut into chunks
8 medium prunes
1 tablespoon sugar -- up to 2
1 medium banana -- sliced
1/2 cup gingersnaps or macaroons -- crumbled
1/2 cup walnuts -- toasted
1/2 cup whipped cream
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Combine pineapple chunks, orange pieces, prunes and sugar to taste; mix well and chill. 2. Just before serving, gently add banana slices, crumbled gingersnaps and walnuts. 3. Serve topped with whipped cream; decorate with a walnut half.
