Ingredients:


3 pounds nectarines peeled and pitted -- sliced

2 tablespoons kirsch or peach brandy

1/3 cup honey

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup butter

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoon honey
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl toss the nectarines with the kirsch and 1/3 cup of honey. Spoon into a shallow, greased baking dish. In a separate bowl mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, sugar, allspice, and salt. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the nectarines. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, until light brown and bubbly. Mix the yogurt and 1 tbls. of honey and serve on the side. Makes 8 servings.
