Easy pineapple sorbet

A light frozen snack for anytime, easy and not time consuming.


400 milliliters diced pineapple with juice
1 Tablespoon sugar

Preparation / Directions:

Drain and reserve juice from pineapple. Place pineapple chunks, half of the juice, and the sugar in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into 8 by 8 pan. Freeze in freezer for 1 hour, then mash with fork. Freeze for anther 30 mins, then mash with a fork again and serve.
