Ingredients:

1/2 cup Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1/4 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
1 tablespoons Light corn syrup
1 Dash salt
3/4 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix granulated sugar and cocoa in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in milk, margarine corn syrup and salt. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Boil 3 stirring occasionally; cool. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Frosts one 8- or 9-inch cake layer.
