Foolproof Fudge Sauce Or Frosting

Ingredients:


2 1/4 Cup sugar

3/4 Cup evaporated skim milk

1 Dozen marshmallows

1/4 Cup liquid Butter buds

1/4 tablespoons lite salt -- optional

1/3 Cup cocoa -- sifted

1 tablespoons vanilla

1/2 Cup Grape-Nuts to sprinkle on top -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a heavy 2-qt. saucepan, combine sugar, skim milk, marshmallows, Butter Buds and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sifted cocoa and vanilla. Serve over frozen yogurt or a warm brownie. Sprinkle with Grape-Nuts if desired. This recipe can be used to frost brownies or chocolate cake also.
