1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
3 large Eggs, Beaten
1/3 Cup Butter Or Margarine
1 Cup Shredded Coconut Meat
1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Preparation / Directions:

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, and butter in a large saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and place in bowl. Add coconut and pecans. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 2 and beat until thick and spreadable. Refrigerate until ready to use. typed by
