Ingredients:


1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 large egg

8 ounces beer

1/4 cup vegetable oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well dip food as desired into batter, allowing excess to drip off fry in hot oil until lightly browned drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve hot
